Week 4 – Morning Habits


As we know … “Good habits are the key to all success. Bad habits are the unlocked door to failure.” This is a key sentence in Scroll 1 of the Greatest Salesman. Recently I came across a really interesting video that talks about some Morning Habits to jump start your brain. I’ve been implementing some of these habits along with the ones I learned from MKE , and it’s been AMAZING ! “Lose an hour in the morning and you will spend the rest of your day looking for it”  Remember to start and end your day off on the right note 😉

10 Morning Habits To Jump Start Your Brain

1) Remember Dreams
2) Make bed
3) drink a lot of water
4) Brush teeth with opposite hand
5) Deep breathing exercises
6) Make some herbal tea
7) Journal/ taking notes, plan day, gratitude list
8) 3-4 min rapid exercise
9) Brain power smoothie include; / almond milk, cacoa, water, avo, blueberries
10) 20min a day of dedicated reading
